At LÉCLAT CLUB, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please review the following return conditions carefully.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date the order is delivered.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be in perfect condition, free from stains, odors, or damage

  • Include all original tags and packaging

  • Be returned in a condition suitable for resale

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
LÉCLAT CLUB does not cover or reimburse the cost of return shipping labels under any circumstances, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive the product and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund. The refund will be issued in the form of a gift card, redeemable on any product available on our website. If the item does not meet the return conditions, LÉCLAT reserves the right to refuse the return.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the process, including the return shipping to our facilities as well as the shipping cost of the new item sent in exchange. Once we receive and inspect the original product, we will proceed with the exchange accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or final sale items

  • Items purchased during promotional campaigns, unless defective

  • Personalized or made-to-order products (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@leclatclub.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

International Orders

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.
